How to send “E-Mail Attachment”- Easy and quick.  

Today I have got an E- Mail and at this mail have an attachment. The attachment is only one page. It’s so simple! But when I tried to download it. It’s Need Many Times. At the moment electricity has gone. So many problems ..


Always we send e-mail and send attachment with the Mail. But it’s need more time to send and receivers need more times to download. If we take some step before sending the mail it’s so easy to sending and Easy to receivers for download.

How can does it?


Method-01.
* Scan the documents from Photoshop software.
    Or after scan open it by Photoshop.

* From the file menu select save or save as>
* From the save as window Select by scroll down from the format drop down box   select;  JPEG(*.JPG;*.JPE) (as the screen follow)

* Then Press the save button.
* From the next window jpeg option  you must select image quality 3 and low position 
  (as the screen follow) with any kind of document you can do it- Just Image quality option select 3 and Low positions.

* Then press OK Button.


You have find out the file is within 100 to 200 KB only. So... the file when you send by Mail it’s easy to Upload and send quickly - And for mail receivers easy to download. 
If Senders and receivers Internet Connections  is Slow - No Problem.
